Note:

A $100 security deposit is required by check, mailed to or dropped off at the Municipal Township Building, 2943 N. Charlotte Street. Checks must be payable to New Hanover Township and will be shredded after inspection if no damage occurs. Checks must be submitted within 5 business days or reservation will be canceled.

Please have your Certificate of Insurance ready when you make your reservation, you will be required to upload it to complete the booking.

The key will be available for pickup at the township building either the day before your event or the Thursday before if event is on a weekend, unless other arrangements have been made with our office in advance. Please be advised that keys for barn rentals may be picked up one day prior to the scheduled rental date during normal business hours.
For weekend rentals, keys must be picked up on Thursday prior to the rental weekend, as Township offices are closed on Fridays. Please ensure arrangements are made in advance to obtain the keys during office hours. Failure to pick up keys ahead of time may impact access to the facility.

Please sweep floors and remove all trash to dumpster at the conclusion of your event.
